# How To Make:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Arrange the sliced kielbasa and all the prepared vegetables evenly on the sheet pan.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, mustard, pepper, paprika, and salt.
04 - Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and vegetables. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
05 - Spread the ingredients back into an even layer on the sheet pan.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 23-25 minutes, or until veggies are just tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
07 - Remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The honey garlic glaze creates this incredible sticky coating that makes even broccoli taste like something you would actually crave
  • Cleanup takes literally two minutes because everything happens on one single pan
02 -
  • Do not overcrowd your pan or the vegetables will steam instead of roast and you will miss out on those caramelized edges
  • Stir halfway through cooking no matter what, or the vegetables on the bottom will burn while the ones on top stay undercooked
03 -
  • Cut your vegetables into similar sized pieces so they finish cooking at the same time
  • Slice your kielbasa slightly thicker than you think you should, as it will shrink during roasting
