# How To Make:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Place Golden Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed into fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crushed cookies. Process or mix until fully combined and a smooth, pliable dough forms.
04 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the truffle balls for 45–60 minutes until firm to the touch.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy coating according to package instructions until smooth.
07 - Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
08 - Return coated truffles to the baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with festive decorations while chocolate is still wet.
09 - Refrigerate truffles for at least 30 minutes until chocolate coating is completely set.
10 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They disappear faster than you can make them, so double the batch immediately
  • The no-bake approach saves your oven space during the hectic holiday season
02 -
  • Never skip the chilling step before dipping. Warm centers will cause your coating to seize and become grainy.
  • Work in small batches when dipping, keeping the remaining truffles in the freezer until you are ready for them.
03 -
  • Use a cookie scoop to ensure uniform truffle sizes
  • Wash and dry your hands frequently while rolling to prevent sticking
