01 - 18 salted pretzel rods

→ Coating

02 - 7 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, chopped
03 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped

→ Decorations

04 - 2 tbsp assorted sprinkles or colored sugar
05 - Mini candy stars or pearls

# How To Make:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup.
02 - Melt the semisweet or milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth and glossy.
03 - Dip two-thirds of each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to ensure even coating. Gently swirl to distribute chocolate and tap against bowl edge to remove excess.
04 - Transfer coated pretzels to the prepared baking sheet, leaving adequate space between each piece to prevent touching during setting.
05 - While chocolate remains wet, drizzle melted white chocolate in zigzag patterns across the coated area. Immediately sprinkle with assorted decorations and top with candy stars or pearls.
06 - Allow trees to set at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate is completely firm and no longer tacky.
07 - Carefully peel pretzel trees from parchment paper. Serve immediately or package individually in cellophane bags for gift-giving.
