01 - In a medium mixing bowl or mason jar, add rolled oats, milk, cooled brewed coffee, brown sugar, Greek yogurt if using, chia seeds if using, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly blended.
02 - Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats to absorb liquid and develop a creamy texture.
03 - After refrigeration, stir oats well. Add a splash of milk to adjust consistency if desired.
04 - Portion oats into serving bowls or jars. Garnish with sliced banana, toasted nuts, and extra brown sugar or maple syrup as preferred.
05 - Enjoy cold, directly from the refrigerator.
